Passports:

Each traveler is responsible to provide Abroad We Go with accurate passport information.  It is your responsibility to ensure your passport has two (2) blank pages and is valid for six (6) months after the conclusion of the tour. Travelers missing flights because of improper documentation will not receive refunds. If you are not a U.S. passport holder, it is your responsibility to determine and obtain proper documentation.
 

Visas:

Each traveler is responsible to obtain visas if they are required for travel.  If you are not a U.S. passport holder, you must obtain visas yourself.
 

Baggage:

Each traveler is allowed 1 check-on bag and 1 carry-on bag. Airlines will have their own restrictions and imposed limits; exceeding airline baggage weight restrictions will incur extra costs.
 

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. Policies cover lost luggage, medical expenses, trip interruptions, emergency evacuation, etc. Many individual medical policies do not cover emergencies abroad. 
 

Accommodations:

Accommodations outside U.S. may have fewer amenities than those we are used to here in the U.S. Set your expectations accordingly.

 

Health Issues:

Participant must be in good health. At time of booking, we must be advised of any physical disability or mental condition that could affect your ability to participate.

 

Disclaimer & Liability:

All customer participants must agree to indemnify and hold Abroad We Go, its insurers, affiliates and staff harmless for any injury or death arising from any activities while on our journeys.  Abroad We Go and its members are not held accountable for any injury caused by malfunction of a vehicle that is not owned and maintained by Abroad We Go. In the case of an injury caused by the negligence of a passenger, the passenger remains responsible for the negligent acts that may result in harming the passenger and fellow travelers.
 

Behavior & Conduct:

Abroad We Go has the right to suspend the activity and participation of a passenger on any trip if behavior is erratic, unsafe, belligerent, or defiant. Passenger will not be refunded and will be responsible for all extra financial costs if he or she is required to disembark before the end of the trip. Erratic and unsafe behaviors include, but are not limited to, excessive drinking of alcohol, unsafe practices, damaging property, willful defiance of rules (in regards to safety), sexual harassment, physical and verbal violence, etc.  It is the right of the tour leaders to judge erratic behavior as they deem fit for the situation.
 

Photography:

Passengers who wish to not be photographed must inform Abroad We Go in advance of trip. Photographs may be used for our website and other marketing. Abroad We Go is not responsible for internet circulation of images via social media or other outlets outside the photo content on our website or social media websites.
 

Intellectual Property:

All materials including copy, photographs, design, logo mark, and written materials contained on the Abroad We Go website or social media websites are reserved and intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Abroad We Go, or, otherwise noted. No photograph, copy, or journey can be used or solicited to an outside source without permission with signed contract with Abroad We Go.
 

Changes:

Abroad We Go reserves the right to correct or change any information that may need to be corrected, because of an informational typographical error, inaccuracies, or omission that may be related to the description or pricing of a product. Changes can be made or information updated at any time without prior notice. Pricing of each product is subject to change due to seasonal updates and availability.
 

Damages:

Trips are under the supervision of Abroad We Go.  Abroad We Go shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, schedule or accommodations, caused directly or indirectly from acts of God, fire, strikes, governments or civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, any act or default of any company or person engaged in transporting the passenger or rendering any other service or carrying out the arrangements for any tour, or by the act of default of any accommodations proprietor or servant. The right is reserved to alter the itinerary or schedule at any time, with or without prior notice, if in the opinion of the operator such an adjustment is necessary or desirable.

Participants are responsible for verifying any health conditions that could exist at a trip destination. You may visit the US State Department or CDC(Center for disease control) websites for details.  Any suits in connection with this Agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, to the exclusion of other courts in other states. We will advise you on certain destination details like travel visas for US citizens; however, rules can change on a moment’s notice in any country. You assume full responsibility for checking and verifying your passport, visa, vaccinations or other entry requirements. The US State Department website is www.travel.state.gov.
 

Airlines:

Domestic and international flights in many countries require airport check-in three (3) hours prior to departure.  Abroad We Go reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any journey should such person's health, mental or physical condition or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other passengers, and a refund of recoverable unused land tour services is the limit of the agent's liability, should such a person be required to terminate the tour. The right is reserved to withdraw from the tour at any time, and liability is limited to a refund of all monies received. No refunds will be granted for any unused portions of this tour unless arranged with the operator's approval in writing in advance. Meals, gratuities, entertainment and tax are not included in tours unless specifically stated. 

Your personal information including home address, email address, and/or credit card information is strictly protected and will NOT be revealed to anyone outside of Abroad We Go or its operators and accommodations we are booking with. We do not sell or disclose customer information.
